Terms of service

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Nematix (M) Sdn Bhd (registration 201301020908 (1050738-U)), which operates Spaceport ("we", "us"). They apply when you create an account or use Spaceport.

If you use Spaceport for a business, you accept these terms on behalf of that business.

2. The service

Spaceport is a hosted customer relationship management (CRM) service that you use through a web browser. It includes the Rina AI assistant, a REST API and an MCP server, depending on your plan.

3. Accounts

You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep your sign-in details secure. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Spaceport.

4. Your data

You own the data you store in Spaceport. We do not claim any rights over it, and we use it only to provide the service.

You can export your data at any time through the app or the REST API. When you ask us to delete your account, deletion happens after a 30-day grace period. Signing in before then cancels the request. Records in workspaces shared with others remain after your account is removed.

5. Rina and AI features

Rina uses third-party AI models to answer questions and propose changes. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review every proposal before you approve it.

Changes are only made to your data after a person in your workspace approves them. You are responsible for changes that you or your team approve.

To answer a request, Rina sends the relevant parts of your workspace data to the AI provider that runs the selected model. See the privacy policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose
• try to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
• interfere with or disrupt the service
• upload malicious content or code
• infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• send unsolicited bulk messages through the service

7. API and MCP access

API and MCP access uses tokens scoped to a workspace and to specific permissions. Keep your tokens secure and revoke any token you believe is compromised.

8. Plans, payment and tax

Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, in ringgit, excluding SST. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are not refundable for partial periods, except where the law requires.

We may change prices with at least 30 days notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

9. Availability

We work to keep Spaceport available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We announce planned maintenance in advance where we can.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell registered users about material changes by email or in the app. If you keep using Spaceport after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
