Your customer data is your business. Here is how we keep it safe.
Your data stays in your workspace
Every record belongs to one workspace. Access is checked on every request, including the app, the API, the MCP server and Rina.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic to Spaceport uses HTTPS. API and MCP access uses scoped tokens that you can revoke at any time.
Secure sign-in
Sign in with email or Google, protect accounts with two-factor authentication, or use passkeys.
AI with approvals
Rina proposes every change for a person to approve. Rina can only reach the records the person asking can see.
AI providers
Rina uses AI models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google through their business APIs. We send only what is needed to answer a request.
Personal data
We handle personal data in line with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. See our privacy policy for details.
